A 40 minutes Vinyasa Flow class.

With  most of our sensory input coming from the eyes, it’s easy to focus the attention on our outward surroundings but in this yoga practice we will take time to turn the gaze inward to listen and get to know our inner wisdom so we will strengthen and empower the trust within ourselves as we move through the world.

In this online class I encourage you to use Umpada Drishti – inward gaze – so we’ll flow through certain asanas with the eyes closed experiencing what yoga feels like not what it looks like.
