A 50 minutes Vinyasa Yoga Flow.
In the Yoga Sutras yoga poses are mentioned only once: “Sthira Sukha Asanam”.
Yoga poses should be steady and comfortable.
So when we have that ease and steadiness in our physical practice we begin to cultivate those same qualities in our life off the mat.
