In many vinyasa classes we give lots of attention to the front and the back of our body that’s why in this class we will explore many different side bends and side stretches to give the proper attention to those mostly forgotten sides of our body.
Here is a strong and well balanced all levels vinyasa class aimed at mindfully emphasize lateral flextion.
