The yoga mat can be a mirror. Often the way we practice on reflects how we act in our life off the mat. The reactions, the approach, the resistances and feelings are the same.
In this on line vinyasa yoga class we will practice awareness on how we stay on our mats so that we can eventually be more present in the way we live our life.
This is an overall body practice that incorporates some nice deep poses like wheel and headstand.
