In the Bhagavad Gita Krishna tells Arjuna:”you have right to your actions but never to your actions’ fruits. Act for the action’s purpose and do not be attached to inaction. Act without any thought of results, open to success or failure. This equanimity is yoga.”
So this class is centered on equanimity, on being calm and balanced.
Physically it is a well balanced vinyasa sequence with backbends, hip openers, a bit of core strength.
