Join Elena and I for a blissful week of yoga, with two daily practices and delightful Italian cuisine in the very heart of Tuscany.

A deep and dynamic practice in the morning to build strength and stability, and a lovely and relaxing practice in the evening for a greater comfort and flexibility, both of them always in an explorative, playful and fun way.

During the day you will also have the possibility wether chill by the pool overlooking the tuscan hills, walking to explore the surroundings, visit the beautiful nearby towns to enjoy a wine tasting or get in one of the different activities offered by Villa Lena, such as: cooking lessons, art workshops, poolside entertainment and truffle hunting.



Join Giulia and I in a retreat where you can dedicate time to yourself, deepen your yoga practice, learn and experience a healthy and conscious cuisine.

Far from the frenetic every day life, you will have the chance to restore and to focus on body and mind recharging energies and by focusing on new perspectives.

During the retreat you will have daily Vinyasa Yoga lessons where you will have the opportunity to deepen your practice with a focus on the basics of yoga.

We will also offerer workshops dedicated to vegetarian and vegan, where will be presented different recipes prepared with seasonal ingredients.
Together we will talk about nutrition and cooking, restrictions and alternatives, focusing on the importance of correct and conscious dietary and the consequences our choices can have on the physical and mental wellbeing.
